Brad formed Building Professionals of Texas in 2001. With no prior experience in the janitorial industry, he and his team have grown the company from absolute zero to one of the largest and fastest growing commercial cleaning services in the state of Texas. Building Professionals has also received the Award for Excellence Winner of Distinction two years in a row by committing the company to the highest standards of customer service. The company services a large array of clients in several different industries.
Brad served on the Board of Directors for the Houston chapter of The Entrepreneurs Organization and was the Learning Chair for two years. Brad has also been a member of the Building Service Contractors Association International since 2003 and has served on the international board for three years as well as being involved with several committees. Brad also served as a mentor for at risk middle school students in Spring Branch Independent School District. Brad is also a 2009 graduate of the Beth Israel Leadership Development Program and a 2012 graduate of The Goldman Sachs Small Business 10,000 program Cohort 5.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas in 1986.

Ms. Castellón has been President and CEO of ST Franchising Systems LLC since its inception in 2003, developing from concept to reality, Sustainable Commercial Cleaning and Building Services. SparkleTeam provides services in Broward, Palm Beach and Northern Miami Dade Counties.
Prior to the creation of ST Franchising Systems, LLC , Ms. Castellón was in the telecommunications industry and her past positions include: Vice President and General Manager of Latin America and the Caribbean for Ciena Communications, Inc., Vice President and General Manager at Motorola, and several Executive positions at Sprint International, including Vice President and General Manager of The Americas.
Ms. Castellón has been a Board of Director in various companies and organizations, including Tricom (TDR) previously traded on the New York Stock Exchange, Pro-Mujer, a non-profit organization, providing micro-loans, basic business training and health care training to women in Latin America, Trustee and Member of Executive Council of Caribbean Latin American Action (CLAA), a non-profit organization promoting trade and investment in Latin America, and is a past President of the Global Women’s Telecom Network (GWTN), Latin America.
As an active member of BOMA (Building Owner and Management Association), Ms. Castellón is a judge in the yearly TOBY event (The Office Building of the Year), and is active with CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) and the US Green Building Council (USGBC), Palm Beach Branch. Ms. Castellón has written many articles on sustainable practices in magazines and their websites, as well as the SparkleTeam Weekly Blog and Monthly Newsletter.
Ms. Castellón’s community involvement includes being a member of Pine Crest School at Boca Raton Board of Advisors and Annual Fund Co-Chair, Chair of the St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church Annual Progressive Dinner, and a member of Family Promise Development Committee, providing assistance to homeless children and their families. She is currently the Chair of 100+ Women Who Care, South Palm Beach County, which provides funding for local charities.
Ms. Castellón has a BS in History and Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California, an MBA from the University of San Francisco and an Executive Management Certificate in Financial Management from Stanford University. Ms. Castellón holds the designation of LEED Green Associate from the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

Steve Shuchat is President and shareholder of Clean All Services, which is a janitorial company with over 280 employees serving over 260 clients in west-central Ohio. Steve has worked full-time for Clean All Services since 1993, and has been President since 1998. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Ohio University. In addition, he has received a CBSE (Certified Building Service Executive) designation from the Building Service Contractors Association International. Under Steve’s leadership, Clean All Services has sustained 6-10% annual growth rate. Steve is also active in both industry and local charitable organizations.

In 2019, Greg earned his CBSE (Certified Building Services Executive) designation, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors through January 2022. Greg is passionate about the cleaning industry and takes great pride in working with other contractors to develop and apply best practices that provide true value to both the front-line employees and clients of all sizes.

From December, 2000 to June, 2002, Mr. Cox was Executive Vice President, North America for a Miami-based unit of the Telefónica Group where he introduced and positioned the Spanish multinational in the United States. From May, 1999 to June, 2000, Mr. Cox was Vice President and General Manager of Arbinet in New York, New York. From December, 1997 to May, 1999, Mr. Cox was Vice President of Marketing for Boca Research, in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Cox has 25 years of experience entering and developing new markets both internationally and domestically. Mr. Cox has held Executive positions with Telefónica, Arbinet and Sprint International. Mr. Cox has a BBA from Nijenrode, The Netherlands School of Business, an MBA from the University of Georgia and an Executive Management Certificate in Financial Management from Stanford University.
